Embroidery and applique come in all different styles. Let us help you determine what better suits your needs! If you’re unsure whether embroidery is right for your job, we’ll help you make the choice that is of the highest quality and that will fit in your budget.
When emailing for questions about embroidery, please include an idea of desired apparel, quantity of shirts, and an image if available. Quotes are not final until the desired artwork is determined. Any adjustments made to artwork or specifics of your job can affect your final quote.
There are one-time setup fees for embroidery/applique starting at $10 for monogramming, left chest designs starting at $25, and full back designs starting at $50. We will keep your designs filed for future use so you won’t have to pay setups costs for the same design again.

High-Quality Custom Embroidery
We offer quality embroidery work at competitive prices. Multiple embroidery machines allow us to handle thousands of pieces for your custom and personalized designs. Embroidery is often the best choice for obtaining a professional look for your business’s employees and can be a great idea for customized apparel for gifts. There are no minimums for embroidery but the more pieces that are ordered at one time, the lower the price per piece will be.
Common applications of embroidery include:
- Polo shirts, jackets, hats, etc. with your business’s logo or special design
- Name embroidery
Hat embroidery is not limited to only the front. We can also embroider on the side and back of hats. The machine is able to rotate the hat to the side and can easily do the front and side in one run. The backs of hats must be a completely separate run since the hat needs to be hooped twice: once for the front and once for the back. Back embroidery will cost more than side embroidery.
We are also able to do puff foam embroidery. By using puff foam, embroidery is able to look as though it is “popping” off of the apparel. It gives a 3-D look to simple flat designs and can make a boring logo more noticeable and eye-catching.
Applique is often used on heavier weight fabrics such as jackets, tote bags, etc. With applique, a logo is able to achieve a “raised” look with specialized embroidery stitching around the edges. By embroidering a piece of fabric to apparel, the amount of stitches in a design greatly reduces and makes the embroidery less heavy and bothersome. There are also no minimums for applique but as with embroidery, the more pieces ordered at one time, the lower the cost per piece.
We are one of the only shops in the area that offers sublimated applique. By sublimating/printing, a design onto a piece of twill, more complicated designs can become a candidate for embroidery without much simplification.
